hair loss is good
The other night I saw a guy on the metro with hair plugs. I'd never seen them in person before. It was impossible to miss the perfectly-lined-up rows of hair, like a pine tree plantation. And it was totally icky. Guys, just go bald gracefully. Please. Strangers on public transportation thank you.

One of my colleagues returned from a research trip in Korea with a mysteriously full head of hair in a funky purple-brown color. It still cracks me up every time I see him.
I have to explain this every time I get a haircut - "Yes, I realize my hairline is receding, and no, I would not like to 'leave it a little long in front' to hide it, thanks." I think hair-cutters are uncomfortable with guys who are comfortable losing their hair. I've come to terms with it, hair-cutter - so should you.
