Yeah, so, despite a pretty hefty reservoir of enthusiasm for whales, I'm not actually that good at identifying them. I'm pretty sure the one on the side of the newspaper box is a sperm whale. Aaand...that's what I'm going with for the one on the front of the paper, too. I should ask someone like Stimpera (college friend who knows her whales).
Hey nice. I have yet to see a live whale ever in my whole life. I think next spring I'll go whale-watching. And I'll bring my sharpest harpoon! Did you get to the ambergris part in Moby Dick?

Yes! I finished the book. It rocked. And I've only seen a few flukes of live whales...my knowledge is largely theoretical and related to whaling. :)
