Look: people dancing in one of the workshops!!! I know, I said I was done with the Norwegian dance workshop, but...ok, I lied. And this is an excuse to experiment with uploading video.
In numedalspringar, the woman mostly walks along with her arm out while the man dances in front of her. You'd be surprised how much concentration the woman's part can take.
Note the clothing choices in the class. The short one asked me why Americans wear their socks pulled up so high. And I was like, buddy, you hang out with too many folkdancers.
