I got a crème brûlée torch for Christmas. But I'm afraid you're going to have to just imagine the open flame here, because the camera phone isn't all that talented with indoor pictures.
P.S. I'm also impressed that you were able to successfully put all the correct accents into creme brulee (<-- note absence of succesful accent placement in my own reply).
