Wow - there are three movies on that list I haven't seen (Rushmore, Life Aquatic, and Mulholland Drive), and two of them are already at the top of my queue. As you are clearly a person of taste, I'll add Mulholland Drive, too. But, for the record, I thought Donnie Darko was totally lame.
Assuming you've already seen the classics of our generation plus the complete John Cusack body of work:
Adaptation Big Fish Tao of Steve (maybe, kind of a guy movie but fun nevertheless) State and Main Impromptu (may not be on DVD yet) Sex and the Single Girl (not implying anything - just a funny 1960's "sex comedy" with natalie Wood and Tony Curtis,; may also not be on DVD yet)
Team America: World Police (Has anyone said this yet?)
The Sweet Hereafter Closer Pirates of the Carribean Memento (d'oh ... J.Bro already said this) Magnolia Anchorman (**) Zoolander Iris Finding Neverland Hotel Rwanda Center Stage (no, really!) Season 1, 6 Feet Under
And a few really good documentaries: - Dogtown and the Z boys - Scratch - Born into Brothels - Everest, or whatever it's called

Actually, those aren't safe assumptions...I'll be sure to fill the gaps in my knowledge of the Cusack Oeuvre.
Start with the 5 top Cusack movies on my blog post from August 1st. That's enough to give you a flavor of his work.
