body issues

I weighed myself this evening and I weigh the most I've ever weighed in my life - as much as my almost-six-foot dad. (And twenty pounds more than my 6-1 brother, but I think that's his problem, not mine.) Does this mean I'm actually aging? And might have to pay half a mind to what I eat? Or should I just appreciate my larger-than-normal chest and get on with my life? Or is 29 a good age to actually, oh, start exercising?

I'm in the same spot. I just joined a gym because I can't enjoy my larger-than-normal boobs in the way you can.

Of course, my attendance has been somewhat spotty this summer thus far (next week, I'm *totally* back in it though).

Yeah, man boobs just don't have the same fun factor, do they? I hate the whole "gym" thing, though. I have never "worked out" and I would like to keep it that way.

I NEVER gain weight in my boobs. Damn.

My suggestion - get yourself on some thyroid replacement hormone and up the dose a bit. That'll solve your problems.
