This morning I woke up and my right arm and part of my back were sore. I couldn't think what it was, because I did nothing all day yesterday, other than a bit of quilting, and if *that* makes me sore, that's just sad. Finally after I went to work this morning and chatted with Barkley and my fellow partier from Saturday night, it hit me: darts. Three hours of that unfamiliar throwing motion and holy cow, I'm in pain. I told Other Work Friend and she was like, "OH!" Yep. She had the exact same mysterious pain today.
So, darts: It's legitimate exercise. Who knew?
